Are you navigating the challenges of pregnancy or postpartum life? This free support group is designed for individuals during pregnancy and up to one year after giving birth. Babies are welcome to join!
Our program combines the benefits of peer support and psychotherapy in a welcoming and compassionate space. You’ll learn coping skills to manage tough moments and connect with others who truly understand. The group incorporates art therapy, music, guided and open discussions, and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you feel supported and empowered.
What to Expect Each Week

Mindfulness exercises, group check-ins, and skill-building activities

Topics such as identity and values, self-care, and navigating your thoughts (the good, the bad, and the challenging)

Discussions unpacking and debunking myths about parenthood

Access to helpful resources such as a diaper bank, mental health programs and providers, SNAP benefits, YMCA programs, and more.
Meet your Facilitator
Stephanie Heath is a clinical social worker specializing in women’s mental health. She is also a mother herself and understands firsthand how difficult being a mom can be. Stephanie has experience treating perinatal mood disorders with pregnant and postpartum moms across southern New England. Her groups provide opportunities for catharsis, healing, and fun, and builds a supportive community of expectant and postpartum moms.
