Are you navigating the challenges of pregnancy or postpartum life? This free support group is designed for individuals during pregnancy and up to one year after giving birth. Babies are welcome to join!

Our program combines the benefits of peer support and psychotherapy in a welcoming and compassionate space. You’ll learn coping skills to manage tough moments and connect with others who truly understand. The group incorporates art therapy, music, guided and open discussions, and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you feel supported and empowered.

What to Expect Each Week

  • Mindfulness exercises, group check-ins, and skill-building activities

  • Topics such as identity and values, self-care, and navigating your thoughts (the good, the bad, and the challenging)

  • Discussions unpacking and debunking myths about parenthood

Additional Resources for Participants

  • A journal outlining group skills and strategies.

  • Access to helpful resources such as a diaper bank, mental health programs and providers, SNAP benefits, YMCA programs, and more.
