Stephanie Heath
Community Outreach Counselor
I am currently wrapping up my MSW at Syracuse University and will graduate in December 2024. I completed my internship at Women & Infants Day Hospital in Providence, RI where I worked with pregnant and postpartum women, providing individual psychotherapy, and developing and facilitating group therapy. I am incredibly passionate about building connections, growing trust, and joining individuals on their journey toward better mental health. I love to make mental health treatment accessible and whenever possible, fun. I firmly believe that everyone possesses immense creativity and resilience, and I love helping people bring these qualities to the surface. Before starting my journey as a clinical social worker, I earned my Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Cincinnati, where I specialized in glacial geology and loved teaching to all ages. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, exploring National Parks and birdwatching. I am originally from Woonsocket, RI, but I now live here in Franklin with my husband, son, and two elderly cats.
