In the gentle embrace of the upcoming holiday season, we extend a warm invitation to join our sacred gathering, the "SELF-CARE CIRCLE." Recognizing the holiday season often brings a mixture of joy and challenges—we have crafted a 4 week program for heart, mind, and body. In the spirit of fostering self-care, this four-week program is designed to nurture and empower you as you traverse the intricate tapestry of the festive season.
