Franklin Housing SupportSAFE has a committed and multilingual staff with expertise in mental health, benefits development, sustained housing planning, and extensive experience with local and state systems of support. We are trained and certified in trauma-informed approaches and are a local leader in collaborative care. At SAFE, we are proud to have worked within judicial, housing, and state mental health programs, which increase opportunities for well-rounded care for Franklin residents. We know that when we partner and collaborate with other systems of care, those we support are afforded the greatest opportunity for success. Often, those seeking housing either lack stable support or are in a financial position that could force them to vacate their property in the near future. With ARPA funding, we are excited to implement a variety of approaches. This funding allows for one-on-one housing planning with our case manager, helping clients complete local, state, and federal paperwork associated with short- and long-term housing needs. It also provides for emergency placement when needed and access to information about available housing support and how to utilize it.
